REFUND POLICY
Please be aware that by buying a ticket you will be required to tick the box confirming you agree with our refund policy as below:
Before August 31st 2026 - full refund of payments so far minus £25 admin fee
Before Oct 31st 2026 - 75% refund of ticket (in accordance with your instalments if you're on an instalment plan)
Before December 31st 2026 - 50% refund of ticket (in accordance with your instalments if you're on an instalment plan)
Anytime in 2027 - no refunds under ANY circumstances.
You will not have a full ticket until every instalment has been paid. If you stop making the instalments your ticket will be forfeit and your payments will adhere to the refund policy. You are welcome to transfer your ticket to someone else to take over the payments at any time and you can sell your ticket at any time.

What does in accordance with your instalment plan mean?
The refund policy is applied as though you have paid for a full ticket, not based on the amount you have actually paid so far. For example, if you buy an instalment plan for a full weekend ticket and you've paid 2 instalments, but you decide to cancel on 12th October, you will have paid £106. At the early bird price a full weekend ticket is £265 and we keep 25% as a cancellation fee. 25% of £265 is £66.25 and you have paid £106 so you will receive a refund of £39.75.

Why is your refund policy so strict?
We have previously had a zero refund policy so we're trialling this staggered refund policy to give a little more flexibility whilst also ensuring that we can pay our bills. We have to pay for venue hire, equipment and certain professional services in advance and we also book the number of teachers based on ticket sales so if we allowed everyone to cancel last minute we would be left unable to pay our bills. We have multiple people requesting refunds as the event draws closer and it gets increasingly difficult to resell tickets the closer the event gets so we need to have this policy to protect the event and make sure our teachers and contractors get paid.
