Megs is back and unhinged as ever. In this class you will be rolling around the hoop in many interesting and ouchie ways. There are a couple of lion roll adjacent moves; including what Meg has coined a "lake roll" as it's a lion/snake hybrid and she assured us it's very reasonable. This workshop would best suit an intermediate student who enjoys rolling around on their sore bits and imMAACulate vibes. *Megan is not actually against lion rolls and will show you kinder entries upon request. Prerequisite: Invert on the strop from standing on hoop.
