This is an exciting intermediate class suitable for those wishing to explore dynamic silks, ideally 2 years aerial experience for body awareness. Pre-reqs: essential: long arm invert in the air; s-lock; cross-catchers, front balance; preferred: back balance; some familiarity with basic beats
