Service Description

This class is all about drops; whilst previous drops experience is not required, come mentally prepared for tricks that can take a degree of courage to perform. Drops will include salto drop, drops from cats cradle, with variations available for making some drops smaller or bigger. Stacked drops and the handstand drop are available for more experienced/advanced students. Pre-reqs: must be able to deadlift inverts through the class (bent arm & legs is fine), familiarity with hammock moves such as goddess, cross back and cats cradle is helpful. Body awareness for safe execution of the drops.
