Dynamic Hoop 1.0 - Robbie Hebert

Service Description

Suitable for aerialists with little to no dynamic experience. We will focus on building confidence and technique in skills such as beats, tempos, and drops while also discussing how to progress to more advanced skills. Students will learn variations such as turning beats and side beats and the foundations for tombés and larger drops. Prerequisites: students must be able to easily navigate getting on and off the hoop. Must be able to hang confidently from long arms for several seconds.
