Hate handstands on the ground, but love them in the air? This is the workshop for you! In this workshop we’ll be covering lots of lovely handstand shapes that use both arms and single arms in different positions, perfect for adding into a routine or just for fun. Many of these shapes are the start of drops, combos and weird transitions, so it’s definitely one for the books!You do not need to be able to handstand on the ground to do this workshop and the trapezes will be rigged close to the ground. Pre-reqs: Can invert in the air into crochet on one rope or both ropes multiple times in a class unassisted (invert, straddle, crochet a leg or both with the hands on).
